Biography
Heurelho Gomes is a goalkeeper for Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League. He has struggled to adapt to the pace of the English game, but was lauded in Holland at previous club PSV Eindhoven for his spectacular saves and millisecond reflex reactions. Having been capped for Brazil in 2003, Gomes made 17 appearances for the Selecao, though never in any of the major tournaments.
